Saying you’re Catholic and pro-abortion is like saying you’re a pacifist and pro-war.

It’s like saying you’re a vegetarian but you still eat meat.

It’s like saying you’re Mormon but don’t believe that Joseph Smith was a prophet.

It’s so integral to the Catholic faith to respect the basic humanity of every life from conception to natural death, but for some reason people keep insisting on calling themselves Catholic without even fulfilling this basic criterion.

The Catholic Church has many issues that are up for debate, but the morality of abortion is not one and will never be of them.

I’m Catholic and I am pro-choice.
I believe that women should be able to do whatever they’d like to their bodies, considering that its theirs.

If you were Catholic, you’d believe that our lives begin at conception, that deliberately ending a child’s life is a grave evil that deserves eternal damnation, and that your body is not yours, but under God’s sovereignty. Nobody is exempt from this, and Catholic doctrine is not up for debate. You are not in communion with the Catholic Church.

I’m Catholic and I am pro-choice.
I believe that women should be able to do whatever they’d like to their bodies, considering that its theirs.
I’m not Catholic, but I take Communion anyway because I believe my opinions are more important than God.

There. Fixed it for you, honey.

Ugh even Catholics 🙁

I’ll say it again, you cannot say you’re pro-choice and be catholic, and that’s not even an opinion. It’s actually an excommunicable offense to support abortions in any way.

reblogging for he baby-killing catholics in the back!!
